We operate a centralized contract management system. This ensures all your locations, from Scotland to the South Coast, receive the exact same standard of service, quality of product, and reporting. Your dedicated Account Manager is the single point of contact for all sites.
Is certification included in the service, and how do you ensure compliance?
Absolutely. Full certification is included in our price and is completed to the industry-leading TR19 standards. An up-to-date certificate is critical for your health and safety compliance, insurance, and fire prevention, which is why we make this process seamless.
Your official certificate, which outlines the validity period (typically 6 or 12 months depending on kitchen usage and risk assessment), will be sent to you immediately upon payment. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive digital folder containing all 'before and after' photos of the work completed, giving you full documentation for your records and regulatory audits.
What is your quotation process, and is a site visit required?
We use a modern, efficient remote quoting system to save you time and travel costs. A physical site visit is usually not required for an initial quotation.
